Wine by tradition

The Nicola farm is located in Cocconato, a municipality in the northern Asti area named the "Riviera del Monferrato" due to its position, its altitude and its particular climate, ideal for growing vines. It was born in 2002 when the passionate but amateur activity of grandfather "Bertin" was joined by his young nephew Federico.

The utmost care is taken in the cellar to enhance what has been produced in the vineyard

following modern oenological techniques and treasuring the ancient peasant tradition. We offer a wide range of wines that reflect the panorama of traditional cultivars of Basso Monferrato.

The vineyards

We follow our vineyards from pruning to harvest, certain that only in this way excellent grapes can be obtained.

There are about 5 hectares of cultivated vineyards, in three different locations: in the municipality of Cocconato, in the hamlet of Bonvino and in the locality of Roasino; and in the municipality of Passerano Marmorito in the locality of La Serra.
